Is there something that does not meet your expectations? No problem!
Our desire is that you get exactly what you imagined with your order for your vehicle. Every order is carefully checked by us to ensure a perfect fit for your vehicle.

However, if after a few days you find that you don't like something about your new Velonity product, that's no a problem. As a private customer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Simply fill out the return form and contact our customer service to make use of it.

30 days return policy
We have extended the right of withdrawal to 30 days for you. This gives you more flexibility when it comes to returns or exchanges. Please note that the goods must be unused and in their original packaging if you return them within the 30 days.

Procedure
Please inform us by a letter or e-mail about the cancellation of your order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification in time. Our customer service will then contact you for further clarification.

After the goods have been returned and checked by us, you will receive your refund. Please understand that we need to check the condition of the goods first before we refund the money.

When returning the merchandise, please make sure that it is securely packaged to avoid unnecessary damage. Ideally, use the original packaging for the return shipment. If you have any doubts about the correct packaging, please contact our customer service.
