Can I exchange rims?

In principle, the same conditions apply for an exchange as for a return. Please contact us via e-mail and we will find the right rim for you.

What do I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?

If you made a mistake when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible by mail at service@velonity.com. We can easily cancel your order or change it to the correct items.

Can I return the rims?

You have 30 days after receiving the goods to cancel the contract with us without giving any reason. To do so, please inform us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract within this period in writing by mail or e-mail. In this case, you only pay the return shipping costs.
